POSITION PURPOSE Working in a team environment, thisperson will provide high level of customer services and technicalsupport to faculty, staff and students and maintain all audio visual andother related equipment requirements for both the conference rooms andstudents teaching spaces at the College. This position and along withthe other team members will be responsible for remote monitoring of allclassroom and events, providing remote classroom assistance,establishing and monitoring video conferences, dispatching in-roomclassroom support technicians and monitoring lecture capture recordings.The position will work in a team environment that provides variousinstitutional services related to media technology.
