　　Nature of Work

　　Provide overall management for a project or assist senior management onprojects. Manage a field staff, contract documents, subcontractorperformance, vendor compliance, budgets, costs, safety, profitability,and statutory and legal compliance. Maintain constructive relationshipsand communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors,community officials and company staff.

　　Essential Functions and Responsibilities

　　Conduct pre-construction reviews including estimate review andcontract documents. Develop purchasing strategies, project flowcharts and schedules.

　　Ensure subcontractors meet expectations of contract documents.

　　[]{size="3" segoe="" ui\";\"=""}

　　Direct and supervise the purchase of major equipment.

　　[]{size="3" segoe="" ui\";\"=""}

　　Establish and coordinate overall project schedule.

　　[]{size="3" segoe="" ui\";\"=""}

　　Ensure labor, material, subcontractors, and equipment cost controlfor all projects.

　　Ensure accurate completion and updating of all required projectreports.

　　Maintain client relationships and assist in development of newbusiness.

　　Ensure projects are completed per contract documents and schedule.

　　Assume responsibility for providing a safe work environment, as wellas complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

　　Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties tomeet the needs of the organization.

　　Financial Management

　　Develops, manages, and oversees key financial components (e.g.,financial plans, budgets, forecasts) for assigned scope ofresponsibility to minimize risk and variance, and to maximizecontributions to company revenue and margin.

　　Reviews and assesses financial data, reports, and records. Ensuresemployee compliance with related procedures to ensure effective andefficient operations.
