Description:

　　The main functions of the position will be:

　　-Create motor performance simulations for new applications to support the sales process.

　　-Create mechanical & electrical assembly drawings of new configurations to be delivered by sales as new application proposals.

　　-Perform analytical calculations to verify safe compliance of actuators to customer application. FEA, Bearing Stresses, Electrical power…

　　-Manage new product programs from design through shipment, monitoring and improving schedules throughout the plant.

　　-Design, write, and perform advanced testing of gear motors for qualification campaigns.

　　-Assist in basic assembly activities when needed by the manufacturing group.

　　-Sort through customer & specification requirements: Work directly with customers and then with development team to maintain goals & timelines

　　-Develop solutions from existing product lines or create game plans around new development to meet requirements

　　-Operate and own testing campaigns

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　-1+ years experience within Military/Aerospace with an electromechanical background

　　-BSME

　　-Able to demonstrate high level ownership of task and responsibility

　　-Able to demonstrate experience managing program schedules with effective organization.

　　-Experience with AutoCad and Solidworks design platforms. Other platform experience will be considered beneficial as well if comparabl
