　　Pay

　　Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $40900 - $53200 / year

　　In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. 　　Responsibilities

　　Work collaboratively to ensure a seamless layout and editing process, using Adobe Creative Suite and other industry tools

　　Lead and produce projects while ensuring adherence of quality brand standards

　　Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, adhering to deadlines, brand guidelines, and visual identity for each individual brand

　　Stay abreast of graphic design technology and trends and make recommendations for layout and print requirements

　　Improve studio operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively to provide quality guest service and experience

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in graphic design

　　Minimum 3 years experience in related graphic design, experience with an advertising agency preferred.

　　Lead mechanical development of a project, and work with art director, designers, and copywriters to manage the project from conceptual stage through production.

　　Deliver on objectives, and ensure schedule, quality and budget parameters are met on projects .

　　Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite to mech brand identity work including logo design, menu design, advertising campaign creative for all tactics, and environmental graphics

　　Comfortable in a range of design mediums from layout to branding and environmental graphics.

　　Meticulous attention to detail in layout and formatting.

　　Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Keynote.

　　Strong in digital file set up and organization.
