M+C | Corporate Digital Marketing Manager
The Digital Recruitment team drives and supports the annual demand for candidates by creating and delivering the best digital experience and content across careers and alumni websites and e-mail programs. Targets include new recruits (entry and experienced hires) and Alumni.
This role manages the delivery of the Digital Recruitment experience on our careers and alumni websites and through our recruitment e-mail programs. This includes working with our Digital Strategy and Recruiting teams to develop and execute our recruiting strategies by managing the processes related to delivery, experience and execution.
This person is responsible for ensuring the most optimal experience for candidates on the website. The role focuses on innovation strategies and alignment with corporate recruitment to ensure the most qualified candidates are targeted for global staffing need. This person will help our marketers take full advantage of digital tools, capabilities and processes to share the stories, messages and technologies needed to recruit applicants. This requires an understanding of digital media and channels, knowledge of platform design and functionality, a good usability background, familiarity with web and e-mail conventions and best practices, and awareness of digital measurement techniques.
Digital Recruitment is part of the Content Delivery team, focused on managing the processes, tools and platforms – and providing support and best practice strategies – that enable M+C to easily deliver content and messages to clients, recruits, and employees across our internal and external channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team that delivers the best content and experience on the careers website and via candidate and alumni e-mail programs
Oversee the site’s day-to-day operations and UX, provide strategic guidance on the design, functionality and experience, and request enhancements based on global needs and demands
Work with Accenture Recruitment to ensure a seamless and optimized candidate experience from accentire.com through to job application; and partner to identify, prioritize and enable initiatives aimed at improving this experience, ensuring executions align to priority hiring needs
Contribute to ongoing digital transformation initiatives providing insights, guidance and feedback to shape and enhance the candidate journey across site + e-mail channels
Collaborate with internal Marketing Capabilities and CIO teams on careers roadmap; prioritize enhancements/fixes to the careers site
Act as careers lead for platform integrations into digital ecosystem, ensuring a One Accenture view and holistic/consistent candidate experience
Oversee e-mail marketing activity (over two instances of the Eloqua platform) for careers and alumni, including communications strategy and execution; ensure processes are developed, implemented and adopted
Manage relationships with Brand Strategy, Candidate Marketing, Recruiting and CIO stakeholders to foster trust, deliver value and build the Content Delivery brand
Oversee personalization and A/B testing on the website for Recruitment Marketing, ensuring a laser focus on implementation and modification of execution based on performance.
Provide prioritization and direction on global site initiatives to the careers site management team
Collaborate on the strategy and candidate experience for consent management, related to data privacy, user tracking and communication preferences
Provide digital expertise and counsel to stakeholders across the organization
Oversee annual budget planning; monitor budget performance against monthly forecasts
Partner with Data & Analytics team to develop annual KPIs aligned to digital recruitment goals
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing. Master’s degree a plus.
Work Experience: Minimum 7 years marketing experience, digital marketing knowledge, and marketing strategy development required. Professional services marketing experience a plus.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Demonstrated skills in digital marketing and marketing strategy.
Deep understanding of, and ability to apply, integrated marketing concepts, branding and message-development skills.
Excellent oral and written communications skills and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong project-management and organizational skills.
Ability to influence highest levels of leadership within Accenture’s large, matrixed organization through relationship-building and strong executive-level presence.
Ability to develop and apply creative and ingenious solutions to complex issues.
Experience in working with agencies (advertising, interactive and specialized such as mobile)
Experience with business-to-business marketing and large, complex programs a plus
Ability to work autonomously and independently, yet integrate appropriately with other areas within Marketing & Communications and other areas within Accenture.
Comfortable working with colleagues in various geographic locations, demonstrated ability to be effective in virtual working environments.
Strong presentation skills with fluent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
