Materials Shipping Clerk, Kohler Energy

　　Work Mode: Onsite

　　Location: Onsite at Kohler Energy, WI

　　Opportunity

　　Coordinate weights and dimensions for shipments/manage in transit transactions between warehouses/coordinate LTL freight, packing slips/Bol's/special shipping labels. Help with inventory control; cycle counts/aisle audits; order supplies. Help with other receiving functions as needed.

　　Specific Responsibilities

　　Plan, expedite and control all products under his/her responsibility using SAP.

　　Verify stock availability for finished goods and loose accessories.

　　Generate Inventory Audits both on locations and material on hands.

　　Expedite hot orders for customers and parts needed from Mosel facility.

　　Generate the disbursement of all major components.

　　Develop reports, initiate correspondence, work on special projects, or perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.

　　Coordinate product flow, audit shop floor system, and continue liaison with floor

　　Supervision and material truckers.

　　Monitor and review requirements and schedules daily.

　　Skills/Requirements

　　High School Diploma.

　　Basic understanding of Shipping/Receiving activities.

　　Experience in inventory control preferred.

　　Must be able to make sound decisions.

　　Must be able to work under pressure.

　　Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

　　The hourly range for this position is $22.60 - $28.25 The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
