　　POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

　　Purchasing materials to ensure delivery, quantity, and time to catch up with a production schedule.

　　Plan delivery schedule of materials based on expected consumption & production requirements.

　　To distribute the report to each purchaser for self-checking and discuss each pending job, Pending PO with individual purchasers and resolve the bottleneck, in consultation with the Department head.

　　Lead to development suppliers of requirements in terms of delivery and problem-solving material shortage. Short-term and long-term on-time material delivery improvement.

　　Coordinate with the internal, external, and logistic teams. To get material on time for shipment.

　　To assist/support Management/Operation regarding purchasing system and all processes.

　　Overseeing the daily workflow and schedules of the Department.

　　Leading Purchasing, Inventory teams to achieve established KPI and Targets.

　　Building strong relationships with both key suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.

　　Monitor material and equipment supply requirements to meet the Operational needs of the business.

　　Identifying new opportunities while managing company spending with a continuous focus on

　　Material on-time delivery improvements

　　Continuous improvement related to purchasing and inventory control with a goal to maximize efficiency and optimize workflow.

　　Among the different areas of responsibilities, she/he will:

　　Management material PO, and tracking. To control FIFO, Inventory reduction, Lean manufacturing, and on-time shipment control.

　　Follow up material import shipments and local suppliers to support production planer schedule.

　　Other jobs that Material Management Manager assigned. Lead and work closely with other concerned material management departments. To achieve MM department objective and KPI target.

　　Supplier on-time delivery control

　　Coordinate with import and local suppliers to ensure all materials can be delivery on time.

　　Zero material shortage to the production line.

　　Corrective and preventive action related to on-time material from suppliers. Risk assessments of material delivery. Support production, production planner, and store as requested.

　　Education

　　Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply chain management, Marketing, Business Management, Industrial, Material engineering, Material management or related fields. Or equivalent through experienceLanguages :

　　• Mandatory fluent in English, any other language is an asset.

　　Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

　　Strong analytical skills to push on-time delivery. Knowledge of supply chain and material management.

　　Strong communication and negotiation skills. Strong to follow-up delivery and tracking materials.

　　Strong to communicate in English well.

　　Knowledge of entering purchase orders into the system, PR/PO, and Purchasing all supplies system.Ensures timely and accurate purchase orders to suppliers.

　　Ability to analyze bills of material (BOM) and drawings to understand key requirements.

　　Having experience in the purchasing, material planning of manufacturing, air conditioning material or automotive manufacturing will be an advantage.

　　Responsible for purchasing material for supply in production from local and oversea.

　　Computer program MS Office, Oracle, Excel macro, PowerPoint, MS-team, and lead online meetings.

　　Ability to travel at short notice. Visit and audit suppliers if request.
