　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　As a Lead Material Handler, you will be responsible for providing guidance to other material handlers performing administrative and physical tasks within a warehouse.

　　What will you do in this role:

　　You will be looked to as a leader on the floor and a resource for the material handlers as they will be a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in all functions of the day-to-day tasks within the operation.

　　You will ensure our clinicians have the supplies they need to provide our patients with high quality care.

　　You will work with supervisor or manager to provide quality reports and feedback to the warehouse staff.

　　You will frequently interact with management and other functional groups involving cross functional matters.

　　You will be seen as an expert and mentor as well as modeling best practices, where others "follow" and are not "managed".

　　You will provide training for new employees which includes, but not limited to, shadowing of the lead, ensuring core tasks of the day-to-day functions are reviewed and understood.

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　High School Diploma or GED is required

　　Forklift Certification preferred
