Our office in Berlin, WI is seeking a Material Handler I - 2ndShift The Material Handler I will be responsible for all materialhandling needs, primarily picking warehoused parts and delivering toassembly areas to ensure efficient production. Work closely withproduction lines to ensure full utilization of people, materials, andequipment to meet customer demand. The Material Handler will be requiredto achieve company standards for safety, quality, and productivity. Thisposition reports directly to Materials Manager or Supervisor. BasicQualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 0-2 years ofexperience. Additional Qualifications: Operate a forklift or otherequipment to transport materials within the factory Practice safeworking habits, following safety guidelines to operation and support ofcompany initiatives Enter/maintain/transact materials in Generac ERPAbility to identify and resolve basic problems Ability to effectivelywork in a team environment. Models positive and professional workethics. Effective communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Basicproblem solving knowledge. Ability to perform basic reading, writing,and math functions.
