　　Responsibilities

　　Use of SalesPad Software to process shipments.

　　Using UPS, Fed Ex, and DHL website for shipping customer orders.

　　Use of Customer Portals to ship orders.

　　Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs.

　　Interact with Sales Representatives and Quality Assurance, as needed.

　　Pack and ship orders internationally and domestically in an efficient manner.

　　Follow ITAR Regulations and Government Programs, if required.

　　Contact carrier and schedule shipping daily.

　　Order shipping supplies, as needed.

　　Maintain a clean and safe work area.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　standing for 8 hours at one time

　　working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
