JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description: Performs the physical oradministrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing,distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials,parts, supplies and equipment. Checks goods received and fordistribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records ofgoods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Packages and prepares productsand merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shippingcharges. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares andmaintains records of merchandise shipped. Reviews customer orders,examines, stocks and distributes merchandise, products and materials ininventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines.Little or no knowledge of the job, acquires job skills and procedures tocomplete routine tasks. Has little judgement and decision making underclose supervision. Typically less than 1 year of experience.
