Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinates with stakeholders to collect, update and manage master datafor service teams and stakeholders. Proactively monitors master dataintegrity in key systems and maintains processes to support the dataquality. Creates and oversees governing policies around master datamaintenance in collaboration with regional support teams. Supportsexternal audits on data quality, providing required documentation andinvestigating root causes of discrepancies. Supports improvementprojects from a data perspective. Coordinates data migration orcleansing projects. Supports service teams with various administrativetasks to support Service CRM system. Assists service and logisticssupport teams as requested in troubleshooting, support and resolution oftransactional issues.
