　　Summary:Coordinates marketing budgets and project implementation plan for approved marketing projects

　　Work Schedule: Full Time Days

　　Responsibilities:

　　Ensures the department operates in compliance with allocated funding and timeline. Provides weekly and monthly project and budget status updates and reports.

　　Works with stakeholders to prepare documentation for meetings and maintains compliance with processes.

　　Plans, budgets, oversees and documents projects. Monitors, reviews and processes invoices for payment while tracking expenses.

　　Meets project timeline objectives, prepares annual budget, schedules expenditures and analyzes variances to project implementation schedule.

　　Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

　　Requirements:

　　Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

　　Required Licensure/Certification: None Required.

　　Minimum Experience: 2 years of related experience.

　　The pay range for this position is: $24.11 - $36.17 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
