Position Summary:
The main responsibility of this position is to drive cross-selling opportunities for business growth and support marketing operations to optimize marketing ROI through data, process, and platform excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate, plan, and execute strategic product campaigns and user engagements to support cross-selling and business initiatives.
Regularly provide insights reporting on key findings, issues and actionable items.
Identify user needs to continuously enhance user experience through platform improvements and operational excellence.
Collaborate with the integrated marketing team to drive leads generation and conversion.
Oversee corporate media buying governance and coordinate processes to increase channel ROI.
Optimize marketing processes with cross-functional teams.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in analytics, marketing, or project management.
Minimum of eight years' work experience, including at least 3 years in project management.
Ability to independently execute marketing campaigns with innovative and creative ideas.
Strong data sensitivity and analytical capabilities.
Experience working and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Demonstrated ownership and problem-solving skills to drive process and project development.
Attention to detail, analytical mindset, logical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
