About Marketing Manager

  NY1485857 Marketing Manager. Full time for Northland Communications in Holland Patent, NY.SALARY RANGE:$75,000 - $110,000THE MISSION: To make a positive impact on the business community and generate sales leads by spreading awareness of Northland's products, services, and value.

  SUMMARY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Develop and manage the Marketing & Communications strategy.The generation of leads. Sales & Marketing campaign process .Overall Brand Recognition. Business Development. Customer Experience.Content Creation.

  JOB DUTIES: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives. Manage and oversee the marketing team, including providing guidance and mentorship. Develop and implement marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including digital, social media, public relations, and events. Ability to assess the marketing campaign's success.Manage the marketing budget and track ROI. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. Works closely with the Product Team to help identify new products as well as market new products. Provide feedback on new products as well as new geographical areas. Provide sales teams with demographics by products and lists of businesses that align with that profile. Develop and manage relationships with key influencers and media outlets. Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.

  MANAGEMENT EXPECTATIONS: The Marketing Manager is responsible for understanding their strengths and weaknesses and striving towards continuous skill-set improvement in areas associated with the Management Expectations: *Team Building*Staffing *Process *Training & Development

  MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Strong writing acumen.

  Ability to understand Northland's strengths and market them accordingly.1 year of management of 2 or more direct reports.Ability to create a marketing strategy and have metrics to measure success.

  PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS: At least 5+ years of marketing experience. Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.

  Outsourcing and communication experience. Ability to roll up your sleeves and work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.Sharp critical thinking skills.Production management experience required.Previous experience managing a team and external vendors.A strong eye for design. Excellent Writing, proofreading, editing and video skills.Industry experience strongly preferred.Experience with HubSpot desired. Experience with search engine optimization is a plus.Experience in design programs, i.e. InDesign, Photoshop is a plus.Active online social media presence.
