　　Aramark is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to help drive performance onsite at UTSA. If developing strategic business plans is your superpower and you?re driven to further advance revenue, join our rapidly growing team.

　　In this role, you will work to identify new marketing opportunities that achieve immediate and long-term business growth. The coordinator serves as an advocate, champion, and creative visionary working closely with the operations team to help bring both Aramark?s and the university?s vision and mission to life. You?ll thrive in this role if you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritize well, take initiative, and display sharp attention to detail.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Support the Marketing Manager in creating and executing marketing campaigns for the UTSA Dining.

　　Assist the Marketing team in creating social media content and managing UTSA Dining social media accounts.

　　Analyze social media metric and data to ensure desired KPI?s are being met.

　　Work with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute campus dining events.

　　Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.

　　Host events, tabling, and other promotional activities.

　　Prepare promotional and advertising materials (e.g. flyers, posters, tv graphics, social media graphics, Reels, etc.)

　　Help distribute marketing materials throughout campus.

　　Assist the Marketing Manager in managing UTSA Dining?s team of Marketing Interns

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor?s degree in marketing or PR and Communications.

　　Flexible schedule with availability to work evening or weekend events as needed.

　　Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).

　　Experience with content creation platforms (e.g. Canva, Adobe, etc.).

　　Experience in photography and film editing.

　　Ability to take initiative and help lead a team of interns.

　　Hardworking and dedicated mindset.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
