Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Contact Database Manager to lead a small team to strategically expand and enrich our marketing contact database, which is the foundation of our demand generation engine. This person will coordinate with our business unit partners across the globe to identify growth priorities, and will plan and execute database growth projects in alignment. The role will analyse our existing data and will define and execute projects to automate data cleaning and appending projects to improve data quality. The role is also responsible for maintaining our automated GDPR/data compliance and subscription management processes.
Responsibilities
Define and execute projects to drive strategic database expansion
Monitor and work to optimize data acquisition quality
Manage relationships with data vendors
Define and execute automated data quality improvement projects
Maintain GDPR/data compliance and subscription management process
Basic Qualifications
3-5 years’ experience strategically expanding a marketing contact database
Understanding of GDPR laws and implication on email subscription management
Strong Excel skills
Strong communication skills, fluent in English
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements : Fully remote. Occasional travel to Demand Center in Warsaw for meetings
