　　MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

　　WHAT WE PROVIDE:

　　This is a position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX. 　　WHAT YOU WILL DO:

　　The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for daily interaction with internal (employee) and external (media and community) audiences to communicate the Fiesta Texas message, resulting in positive perception and enhanced media coverage.

　　HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

　　Administrative and other duties as needed.

　　Manage the department invoicing process.

　　Planning and coordination of major events such as media openings, managing online charitable endeavors, park video and photo shoots along with seasonal activities.

　　Assist in Web Editing for planning and execution of website content.

　　Newsletter and Blog story planning and review.

　　Maintain Park video and image archives.

　　Assistance with providing donations information, media ticket requests, assorted park inquiries, Give-Kids-the-World and other programs for children.

　　Coordination of Message on Hold, In-Park Signage, external event listings, and the website/ app Listings

　　Manage social media monitoring platforms and report results as needed.

　　Help coordinate, plan, and execute social media videos.

　　Assist with in-park communications as needed (developments of in-park flyers, artwork, etc.)

　　WHAT YOU NEED:

　　Very strong verbal and written communication skills.

　　Valid Driver's License required

　　Comfortable editing Photos and Videos at a quick pace.

　　Basic knowledge in the operation of a camera

　　Ability to work on numerous, high visibility projects requiring tight deadlines without direct supervision.

　　Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

　　Strong sense of initiative and ability to work well with limited supervision.
