Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant based in RTP, North Carolina. In this role, you will be part of a team that works within the creative industry, offering support in various areas including graphic design, digital asset management, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the creation, resizing, retouching of graphics using Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Helping with the development of branded PowerPoint presentations and ensuring all output adheres to established branding guidelines.

• Organizing and maintaining digital assets like photos and design files in Media Valet, which includes selecting, tagging, retouching, and uploading images.

• Following proper naming conventions and legal tagging requirements when managing digital assets.

• Providing administrative support to the Art Director, which includes updating project workflows and cataloging design files.

• Conducting image searches as required and drafting emails to communicate design updates to staff.

• Utilizing skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CRM, Facebook Insights, Advertisements, Blogging, Brand Awareness, Budget Processes, and Campaign Planning.

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign is required.

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is desired.

• Familiarity with Facebook Insights and other social media analytical tools is necessary.

• Prior experience with managing and creating advertisements is essential.

• A background in blogging and creating engaging online content is preferred.

• Understanding of brand awareness strategies and implementation is required.

• Knowledge of budget processes and managing finances is expected.
