Description We are on the lookout for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in the Non-Profit sector located in Piedmont, South Carolina. This role revolves around assisting in the organization and booking of events, acting as a liaison with coordinators, and working in collaboration with the marketing team to create promotional materials. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity that requires a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and organization of events, ensuring smooth operations.
• Act as a liaison with event coordinators at partnering businesses to facilitate efficient communication and coordination.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, ensuring the message aligns with our brand and mission.
• Utilize your skills in Email Marketing and Direct Marketing Campaigns to enhance our reach and impact.
• Take on Account Management responsibilities, maintaining and growing relationships with key clients.
• Manage schedules for events, ensuring all details are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate events, handling any issues that arise and ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
• Handle Event Coordination tasks, ensuring all aspects of the events are properly managed.
• Use Key Account Management skills to maintain and grow our relationships with key partners.
• Handle event handling tasks, ensuring all aspects of our events are executed smoothly and efficiently. Requirements • Proven experience in Email Marketing
• Proficient in Direct Marketing Campaigns
• Demonstrated ability in Account Management
• Ability to maintain and manage key accounts
• Experience in Scheduling and Coordinating Events
• Skilled in Event Coordination and handling
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining accounts
• Familiarity with the non-profit industry and its unique challenges and opportunities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
