　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　As the Market Manager of Facilities and Life Safety, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, supervising, monitoring and evaluating the surgery center grounds and facility-related equipment for the ambulatory surgery centers in your market. You will be responsible for existing centers, new builds and HCA acquisitions within your market.

　　You will manage construction projects

　　Complete emergency and non-emergency work orders

　　You will oversee preventative maintenance

　　You will oversee activities related to Life Safety Codes and AAAHC/Joint Commission standards

　　You will oversee mechanical systems including energy management, HVAC systems, medical gases, electrical distribution, emergency power, fire protection and alarm systems

　　What you’ll need

　　High school diploma or GED, college preferred

　　Five years experience in healthcare facilities operations and maintenance

　　One year of experience with life safety and hazardous materials
