We value individuals who are passionate about growing our existing accounts while proactively pursuing new accounts and identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business. The ideal fit for this role will be creative and able to suggest tailored solutions to common problems, dedicated to growing the business, delivering results and facilitating deep connections between our clients and our company.Responsibilities:Prospect competitive, new and dry accounts through cold calling and visitingMaximize customer revenue potential by understand their objectives, programs key strategies, concept, competitors, and consumer/shopper targets, and developing collaborative execution plansExecute LOS (look of success) to increase revenue and grow brandsEnsure precise, consistent, and timely communication with internal and external customersOrder equipment and work with Service team to schedule installationBuild relationships at multiple levels and functions in order to influence key internal and external decision makersCreate offers for exclusive beverage agreements through profit analysis system and presentationsRequirements:High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in business preferred1+ year of sales, marketing, or service experience requiredAbility to periodically lift up to 50lbsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and OutlookExcellent Communication Skills: Written, Verbal, PresentationAbility to make decisions & solve problems quicklyTravel up to 100% of the time within sales territoryBase pay range is $59,353 to $79,030 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.At Swire Coca-Cola, we offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates and their families.
