Market Access Manager
GSK business unit focuses on vaccinations, oncology, general- and specialty medicines and has an exciting pipeline with several drug launches in the near future.
You will report to Head of Market Access in Sweden. Based in Solna, we are in an office with an energetic atmosphere, we strive to be innovative and have fun. We are ambitious on behalf of our patients.
In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing price and reimbursement strategies and ensure patients gain access to new GSK products in close collaboration with the Market Access Team and other functions in GSK.
In this role you will...
Develop and execute national market access strategy together with the market access team. Prepare and submit local price and reimbursement applications to TLV. Assist in developing pricing strategies and forecasts. Analyse trends, competitors and prices that can impact access and price locally. Partner with medical team to identify evidence gaps and drive projects to generate evidence needed for value assessment. Develop and build relations with key external stakeholders within the different payer bodies in Sweden. Be a partner to business units to develop e.g., needed tools and strategies. Why you?
Qualifications & Skills: University degree within a relevant subject (e.g., health economics, pharmacy, business economics) or equivalent Proven understanding of the principles of HTA (health technology assessment) and health economics Fluent in Swedish and English - spoken and written Strong understanding of the external pharma environment in Sweden Preferred: Project management, hereunder good planning, time management skills Ability to operate in a cross-cultural and complex matrix environment.
