Job Description

　　The Marina Services Worker is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction at the marina location by navigating vessels, assisting guests with boat operations, appropriately maintaining the dock area(s), cleaning and restocking vessels, and providing general customer service.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Cleans and maintains docks, barges, restrooms, and public areas to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests and marina staff.

　　Assists guests with the purchase of fuel, oil, and accessories.

　　Will dispense fuel into boat fuel tanks using a fuel pump.

　　May check oil and fill/change if needed, along with other minor maintenance repairs.

　　Performs daily Fuel Dock Safety checks at the beginning of each shift.

　　Will greet all guests warmly and courteously. Thank all guests and say goodbye as they leave. Always go the extra mile and follow through to ensure guest satisfaction.

　　Must roll fuel hoses, sweep floors, wash decks, and empty trash.

　　Assist customers by answering inquiries and/or addressing concerns. Must be knowledgeable about Lake Powell and surrounding areas and act as a concierge resource for all guests. Must be familiar with the Resort, restaurants, stores, campground, etc.

　　Provides excellent service and a positive demeanor towards our diverse guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Be flexible-willing to work varied schedules.

　　Maintain daily bank and be accountable for all transactions. Handle cash, traveler's checks, and credit cards safely and accurately.

　　May be required to instruct guests on basic boat operations.

　　Utilize all safety equipment, ensuring proper lifting, bending, and carrying techniques are adhered to.

　　Must be honest, dependable, and forthright, with the ability to confidently work without direct supervision. Maintaining a positive attitude-always willing to lend a helping hand.

　　Qualifications

　　? Previous experience working in a marina preferred

　　? Demonstrates excellent customer service skills

　　? Must possess valid driver?s license

　　? Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

　　This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
