Overview
This role is dedicated to designing and facilitating training focused for frontline and salaried employees of a manufacturing plant to deliver a sustainable skill set and increased line performance. Lead training & development agenda to accelerate people capability building and monitor program execution.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of training plan for the siteCollaborate with plant team to identify and understand organizational losses driven by skill & knowledge gaps then plan and develop training plans to close gapsDevelop new hire processes including, training budget, training plans, skills qualification matrix, onboarding, and new hire reviewsDevelopment and updating of OPLs, CILS, CLs, JETs, SOPS, troubleshooting guides, training manuals, and site-wide training matrixCoordinate activities of site SME (Subject Matter Expert) trainersMonitor post-training effectiveness/retention through surveys/data collectionDesign and maintain system to record and track training by leveraging the MyLearning systemAdminister change management tools and process to ensure training materials are sustained & rolled back through the site to affected employeesLead site efforts to secure training grants (as available) through coordination with PepsiCo Economic Development staff and state and local officialsAct as site MyLearning SME (Subject Matter Expert)Act as site Schoox SME (Subject Matter Expert)Establish strong partnership with HR
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $74,800 - $125,250 based on full-time scheduleLocation confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salaryBonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annuallyPaid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavementIn addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience developing methods, procedures, standard operating principles using appropriate software applicationsDemonstrated experience in classroom facilitation and application of trainingExperience developing training materials for a mixture of salaried and hourly audiencesPrior experience working with a diverse and dynamic audience and demonstrated effectiveness in delivering training using multiple methodologies, applications and adult learning stylesAbility to proactively predict change, lead through change and adjust to consistent change3-5 years of manufacturing experience prefferedBachelor's degree requiredBi-lingual (Spanish) preferred not required
