Second Shift Manufacturing Supervisor
Our client is a leading designer and manufacturer of quality industrial springs. With over 80 years of experience, three manufacturing locations, and ongoing investments in the latest equipment, engineering, and manufacturing processes, they are an industry leader for both in-stock and custom-designed spring manufacturing products .
We are currently looking to hire a Second Shift Manufacturing Supervisor for the Pittsburgh (Etna), PA facility. The shift runs Monday through Friday from 3:15 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
As the shift supervisor, you will supervise and assist the machine operators while having the responsibility to operate your own machine. To excel in this role, you should:
be a hands-on individual with a good attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to get a job done for the customer
have the ability to manage and supervise others while operating your own machine
enjoy learning and being trained on new things
prior CNC machine experience is not required but is a plus
Salaried Supervisor, non-union, 3–6-month first-shift training before starting on the second shift. The length of daylight training could be modified if all training goals are achieved earlier.
