Boeing Commercial Airplane’s (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst Manager ( Level K ) to join the Boeing Production System team supporting Fabrication in Portland, Oregon.
As a member of the Leadership team, you will continuously lead and develop Manufacturing Teams. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and coaching skills that will further enable our business unit to embrace and elevate a BPS culture, driving a deep understanding of the BPS principles, standards, production health and problem-solving model.

Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns.
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Oversees, leads and drives accountability for operations compliance focal for the site as they work with the FAA auditors.
Manages, develops and motivates employees.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Portland, Oregon.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
1+ years of experience in a formal or informal leadership position
1+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives.
Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and overtime
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams.
1+ years of experience within a production system environment, or Boeing Production System (BPS).
1+ years of coaching, guiding or mentoring teams
3+ year of experience effectively communicating with employees, peers and senior leadership.

Summary pay range: $117,800-$136,400
