　　Omni Aerospace is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to joinour team. You will be reporting directly to our General Manager. This isa great opportunity if you want to be a part of a growing organizationwith a small company feel. This is an in-office position, you must livewithin a commutable distance from Wichita. 　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Define and document requirements for processes and products.

　　Internal subject matter expert on customer specifications andrequirements.

　　Develop work instructions and create planning documentation.

　　Review and validate teammates planning documentation.

　　Error proof processes and develop close teaming relationships with CNCprogramming, CNC machinists, assembly mechanics and quality teammates.

　　Lead and support process optimizations and trouble shooting of productor processes.

　　Evaluate new processes/technologies and associated return oninvestments.

　　Other duties as assigned by management.
