　　Seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to optimize assembly processes, ensure top-notch production quality, and support new product introductions. Drive efficiency improvements, provide training, and assist in achieving daily business goals.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Enhance current production processes for cost-effectiveness and quality.Support new product integration by documenting requirements.Maintain accuracy in cost calculations using SAP.Collaborate with NPI teams to ensure product standards.Stay updated on technical advancements and compliance.

　　What your background should look like:

　　Mechanical or Production Engineering degree (HNC or higher).Proficiency in assembly techniques and manufacturing engineering.Experience troubleshooting various production processes.Competency in Microsoft software and MRP systems.Strong grasp of quality assurance methodologies.Proficiency in continuous improvement techniques.

　　Desirable Skills:

　　SAP, Minitab, or similar software experience.Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).Proficiency in design software like SolidWorks or Creo.Project management skills.Familiarity with digital machine connectivity.
