　　What You’ll Do

　　As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Berea, OH. You’ll get to:

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Safely perform a variety of assembly operations, complying with all environmental, health and safety policies and procedures

　　Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment following established Standard Operating Procedures

　　Assist with line set ups, start up and maintaining a clean and orderly work area

　　Maintain quality standards as described in the quality system by visually inspect parts, components and subassemblies

　　Recognize and solve minor problems that arise

　　Perform any necessary material handling requirements of the job

　　Perform other duties that may be assigned

　　Must be able to handle continuous standing 8-10 hours daily

　　Must be able to perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 70 lbs. with assistance

　　Must be able to work daily and weekly overtime as required

　　Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
