Our Client, a leader in the manufacturing industry is currently looking for 3 Machine Builders to join their team in the Mississauga/Brampton area

　　Description:

　　Machine Builders will be assembling machines for the plastic packaging industry. It is very important that they can read drawings, assemble parts, sub-assemblies.

　　-Read schematics, blueprints and other technical diagrams.

　　-Bolt, screw, clip, weld, solder or otherwise fasten parts and components together using hand and power tools and equipment.

　　-Operate and tend automated assembling equipment such as robotic and fixed automation equipment.

　　-Connect cables, tubes and wires to complete assemblies and installations

　　-Position and install parts, subassemblies and accessories using hand and power tools and other aids like overhead hoists.

　　-Mark, record and report defects.

　　-Test electrical assemblies, equipment and wiring for proper performance using testing devices such as meters, analyzers, etc.

　　-Clean and perform preparation of work-site.

　　-Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials.

　　-Lubricate, clean, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and tools.

　　-Operate, read, and maintain air monitoring and other sampling devices when working in confined spaces and/or hazardous environments.

　　-Grind, scrape, sand, or polish surfaces using abrasive tools or machines.

　　-Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans and specifications.

　　-Perform other duties as assigned

　　Assembly, Blueprint, Schematic, Mechanical, Machine building

　　Pay: $30-40/hr

　　Day shift : 6:50 AM - 3:50 PM Monday - Thursday

　　6:50- 12:50 PM - Friday (no lunch break on friday)
