Managers and Assistant Managers are needed for the Hampton Coffee Co.
General tasks include supervising employees, communicating with and helping customers and carrying out directives given by the manager and/or the store owner.
The manager or assistant manager must have at least 1 year of experience successfully managing a retail or food service business. They must be able to inspire their team and create amazing customer experiences.
They must be available for weekends and holidays and also be a pro-active thinker, a hard-worker and a friendly person.
Hampton Coffee Company managers must be able to work any of our locations from Center Moriches to Montauk, although we will attempt to assign you a location close to your home.
Salary: $21.00-24.00 an hour. 40 to 45 hours per week.
