The Manager, Digital/Web Experience oversees the vision and implementation of customer-centric features on Zurn Elkay’s owned digital properties in alignment with the business strategy. This senior level manager will lead a team to drive the digital experience for our web properties (Zurn.com, Elkay.com, etc.) bringing each brand’s vision to life. The successful candidate will manage relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders while overseeing a data-driven backlog of innovative features that differentiates our digital presence, ultimately making it easier for our customers to do business with Zurn Elkay.
Own identification, scoping, prioritization, roadmap, and success metrics of innovative features to optimize the customer journey across our web properties
Leverage web analytical tools to glean and elevate insights into user behavior and provide recommendations to improve user experience. Presents insights with relevance to respective intiatives and tailor messaging to varying audiences (leadership, product management, etc.)
Develop and monitor KPIs to understand overall site performance and in context to broader strategic objectives
Establish web content standards to meet customer needs, improve SEO, and enable a consistent experience across brands
Lead a team of emerging digital talent and build development plans to grow in user experience, digital analytics, SEO, etc.
Conduct ongoing competitive research to understand Zurn Elkay’s digital positioning and opportunities for differentiation.
Stay abreast of relevant technology and digital trends to continually drive an innovative customer experience.
Liaison with internal stakeholders and other departments in identifying and defining enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
7+ years of experience in website management and digital transformation
Experience leading and developing teams
Hands on experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tool to analyze website traffic, conversion, user behavior
Track record of working closely with IT to deliver new capabilities
Strong project management skills
Demonstrates initiative and embodies culture of continuous improvement
Demonstrates understanding of digital marketing domains, including inbound marketing, lead generation, email marketing, SEO, and pay-per-click.
Familiarity with experimentation methodologies (ie A/B Testing) and other conversion
Solid understanding of User Experience principles and methodologies.
Experience working in the industrial manufacturing or commercial construction market a plus rate optimization techniques.
