　　Kforce has a client that is seeking a Manager Technical Delivery in Plano, TX.Summary:The Technical Delivery Manager role is responsible for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of innovative solutions using the latest tools and technologies. Working closely with Project Managers, TDM has overall responsibility for the technical deliverables of the project. This role will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to internal departments, HQ global matrix partners and Vendor Partners in delivering technical projects. The TDM will thrive when faced with new challenges, view them as opportunities and constantly look to improve project deliverables. The candidate is also responsible for establishing, implementing standards, processes, and procedures.Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Lead technical delivery for one or more projects - on time and within budget Work with leaders to understand business problems, define and shape technology solutions working with technology teams Create the strategy and determine the procedures for timely and cost-effective acquisition, use, and reallocation of internal and vendor resources to provide quality products and services to the business Managing, tracking and follow-up of action items, issues and conflicts as needed Collaborate with internal and external partners on technical project deliverables Support the implementation of standards, processes, and procedures Maintain awareness of technology trends and innovations Provide ongoing consultation to business by applying design-thinking principles to provide innovative solutions to address and solve business needs, issues, and pain points Effectively communicate technical recommendations and build consensus/approval with varied audiences, ranging from executives, business, and IT teams Monitors and actively participate in the communication activities

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related field desired Preferred certified Scrum Master 8+ years of IT management/application experience 3+ years as Project/Delivery Manager, Technology Project Implementation Blaze experience or rules experience - this role will be dealing with blaze projects; Database is also a plus Experience with project management tools and applications Strive to learn new skills and stay abreast of technical developments, successfully applying them to work practices Champion continuous improvement and best in class software development process Professional written and verbal communication - able to talk for technology to non-technical audience Able to decide the resources required for a project and to provide top down and bottom-up estimates against a scope Ability to gather requirements and break them down into the technical tasks required to complete a project phase Ability to plan delivery in iterative sprints Ability to recognize agile methodologies suitable for the project and able to adapt and formulate hybrid approaches Ability to recognize technology risks and plan to mitigate Ability to manage one or multiple agile development teams - onsite and offshore Finance Industry, or Captive Automotive Finance industry experience - a plus

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
