JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description JOB OBJECTIVE: The Manager, ScreeningServices plays a pivotal role in advancing Promega\'s vision of beingTHE innovation, high-quality reliable partner of choice for researchers.This role is responsible for developing and managing a high-throughputscreening core that leverages AI-driven automation capabilities toprovide efficient and effective screening and compound profilingservices to our drug discovery clients. This position will oversee asmall team of scientists to execute client projects, work closely withR&D to transfer in new technologies, collaborate with Program Managementon strategy development and client interactions, partner with Operationson supply chain and facilities management, and align with Quality toensure robust execution. CORE DUTIES: 1. Leads the development andexecution of the high-throughput screening core, ensuring the deliveryof robust, reliable, and high-quality screening services. Leveragesautomated and AI-driven solutions to accelerate client\'s drug discoveryworkflows. 2. Oversees the design and implementation of compoundprofiling strategies tailored to client needs, incorporating the latestPromega technologies and industry-leading automation methodologies. 3.Manages a team of scientists, fostering a collaborative and productivework environment and ensuring the continuous development of theirtechnical and professional skills. 4. Collaborates with cross-functionalteams, including R&D, Sales, and Marketing, to align screening serviceswith market needs and business strategies. 5. Drives innovation withinthe screening core by identifying and integrating new technologies,methodologies, and automation systems. Partners with R&D to transfer newinnovative Promega technologies into the service, optimizing andvalidating on automation and standardizing processes for scale,reproducibility, and operational rigor. 6. Ensures compliance with allregulatory and quality assurance guidelines relevant to screeningservices and laboratory operations. 7. Monitors and manages the budgetfor the screening core, optimizing resource allocation for maximumefficiency and effectiveness. 8. Maintains and develops strongrelationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring theirsatisfaction with our screening services.
