We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organization Development Specialist with a minimum of 5 years in the field to join our team.

　　What You'll Do Support in the conceptualization and design of OD interventions that helps the firm sustain a high performing culture. Provide support for change management initiatives to drive effective acceptance of OD interventions, including education and communication to staff. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and minimize resistance during organizational changes. Provide support to design and implement leadership development programs to enhance managerial skills and competencies. Design and conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and recommend action plans for continuous improvement. Manage execution of all operational aspects including performance management process, goal setting, attrition, etc. Provide guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and individual development plans, wherever required. Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and suggest recommendations for action based on the analysis as well as design meaningful dashboards for key stakeholders. What You'll need:

　　Bachelor's degree. Master's degree in HR preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Organization Development or a related role. Proven track record of successfully working on organizational development strategies. Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and attention to detail. Superior analytical, problem-solving and research skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Certification in Organization Development or related areas is a plus. Any exposure/knowledge of analytical or dashboard tools is good to have, but not mandatory.
