We work in a collaborativeenvironment with a differential focus on both professional and personalgrowth.The Manager of Strategy and Business Development is a key member of ourteam, and will support our national and regional payor efforts to growvalue-based care. The primary responsibilities of this role are as follows:Support the development and execution geographic and payor-specific strategiesto increase the adoption of value-based careIdentifying and understand payor priorities and leverage our integrated careofferings to structure partnership opportunitiesAssist in the management of the business development cycle in coordinationwith our negotiating team to expand adoption of value-based careCollaborate with our field operators on geography-specific payor goalsDesign materials and support the development of presentations with payors tocommunicate DaVita's integrated care capabilities and potential partnershipopportunitiesCollaborate with our integrated care operations team to implement value basedprogramsSupport the building and maintaining of relationships with payors to helpensure the long-term success and sustainability of our value-based programsDevelop meaningful relationships with potential and existing partners andDaVita teammates
