CO Salary Range: USD 110,000.00 - 140,000.00 per year

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office, (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Working with the Director of Sales Enablement, support and partner with our sales and cross-functional leaders to develop, implement, and maintain a sales enablement framework for both on-boarding & seller certificationUtilizing a learning management system, create a course/learning framework, building out a repository of learning content/lessons designed to drive sales success.Managing and optimizing content within a Content Management System (CMS), demonstrating the ability to organize, curate, and streamline sales collateral to enhance Sales Enablement strategies.Develop learning plans designed to ensure sellers are fully on-boarded + on-going certification/training.Partnering with Learning & Development, create learning paths to support career pathing/career development.Deliver enablement sessions to sales, account management and others on a frequent basisUtilize AI/Predictive analytics, create enablement designed to drive seller improvement/effectiveness to facilitate more robust & proactive performance managementEmbrace and uphold Ibotta's Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency & A good idea can come from anywhere
What we are looking for:
3-5 year's experience preferably with a background in learning and development focused on seller enablement or sales enablement/sales operations.3-5 years experience developing lessons/training and delivering learning contentBachelor's Degree preferredFamiliar with enablement strategies including system utilization & sales process and sales methodology adoption (e.g. Challenger, MEDDPICC, KornFerry/Miller Heiman, etc.)Significant experience using sales enablement platforms (HighSpot, Seismic, ShowPad, etc.) and creating lessons/learning with a definite opinion on what ‘good looks like'A passion for learning and facilitating seller success

This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.Compensation: $110,000-140,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.Total compensation for this role also
