JOB SUMMARYResponsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional business units, to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDevelop and execute marketing strategies and tactical plans ensuring timely and effective implementation, including communications, digital marketing, lead generation and brand championshipProvide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, including task assignment, workload management, and ensuring deadlines are met.Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently by creating budgets, forecasts, and overseeing expendituresUtilize data analytics to measure the performance of marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in marketing or business.5 years of experience in marketing and on-line communications.Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to develop marketing strategies and on- and off-line marketing collateral.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in marketing for professional services, engineering or aerospaceExperience with Salesforce, Marketo and/or GainsightExperience with B2B and B2CWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to travel 20% of the time.Ability to work for long periods at a computer/desk.Standard office environment.ABOUT THE ORGANIZATIONFullsight is an integrated brand of our three primary affiliate companies - SAE Industry Technologies Consortia, SAE International and Performance Review Institute - and their subsidiaries.
