Summary

This position will facilitate global client growth and cross-selling efforts between the US and Asia by conducting research, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with practice and sector marketing teams across the firm to develop compelling differentiators. This individual will help organize client teams and manage new pursuits as well as programmatic efforts to grow existing accounts across jurisdictions.

Location

This position can be remote. Candidates may be required on occasion to visit the local office when/if needed.

Responsibilities

Collaborates closely with firm, regional, practice and sector leadership, as well as the firm’s practice, sector and regional marketing teams, to enhance awareness of the firm’s capabilities and success in key regions.

Leverages marketing collateral and business development content to ensure internal awareness of the firm’s practice capabilities across various regions.

Drives an effective strategy for introducing these capabilities to existing clients.

Develops and executes client-centric, data-driven global cross-selling initiatives in support of the firm’s strategy.

Supports the onboarding and integration of key laterals and their client base with collaboration with the lateral integration team.

Experience and ability to plan strategically, execute tactically and have a client service focus. Proficiency with MS Office products to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing communications, business or related field required.Minimum Years of Experience

6 years' experience in marketing and/or business development in a professional services environment. Must have experience in and an understanding of global business environments and market dynamics with the ability to analyze data and use multiple sources of information to develop solutions and recommendations.Essential Job Expectations

Physical Demands
