　　KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. 　　KBR is looking for a Manager, Document Management to supervise the Document Management activities and personnel on a Project.

　　Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

　　Responsible for implementation, execution and compliance ofDocument Management Policies.

　　Ensures the establishment, maintenance and usage of Document Management processes, systems and tools.

　　Implement and execute the Document Management strategy in support of the scope of work performed.

　　Execute the work in a manner that achieves contractual objectives for the Document Management scope of work.

　　Supports and ensures the correct deployment and utilization of Project Management systems, e.g., IPMS, Supplier Management, Documentum, etc.

　　Performs oversight of the people, performance, results process to ensure regular and timely interfaces with Document Management personnel.

　　Contributes to the development and training of document management personnel.

　　Develop, implement, monitor and report status of Document Management activities and progress to the Department and / or Project.

　　Preforms audits of the function to ensure process compliance by reviewing document registers and reports.

　　Communicates regularly with Document Management employeesby use of briefing sessions to share knowledge, best practices and lessons learned.

　　Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

　　Collaborative working style and team-player attitude.

　　Communicating in a professional manner, both written and verbal.

　　Updating and managing documents throughout the life of a project.

　　Utilizing software to create and manage relevant information between project documents.

　　Performing quality control to ensure accuracy, prior to customer delivery.

　　Working with and managing project deadlines in an effective manner.

　　Preferred Education & Skills:

　　Experience with public speaking

　　Previous Document Management Experience is a PLUS

　　Understanding work processes and lifecycle of documents

　　Decarbonization – Energy Transition – Sustainability
