　　This role is designed for individuals keen on applying their technical skills in a highly regulated environment. Responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of compliance monitoring solutions, managing risk assessments, and leveraging business intelligence tools like Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, and PROS for data analysis. The position requires expertise in data extraction, mining, and management, along with a solid understanding of statistical concepts and SQL query skills. It offers a unique blend of technical data analysis and compliance management, addressing both pharmacy and front-end regulations at Walgreens, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and standards across the entire scope of the business.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Manage the planning and execution of compliance risk assessments of business activities for assigned area of responsibility.

　　Lead the development of risk-based compliance monitoring work plans and protocols

　　Design and execute compliance monitoring data analytics as directed by the Compliance Monitoring Analytics Director

　　Analyze and document monitoring results

　　Prepare reports of monitoring results and provide reports to business leaders to use in mitigating potential compliance risks

　　Prepare and design reports of monitoring activities, results and related corrective action plans (CAPs)

　　External Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or auditing function (e.g., internal audit, compliance monitoring) OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 5 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or auditing function (e.g., internal audit, compliance monitoring)

　　At least 2 years of experience developing metrics, analyzing data and converting it into information which can be used to identify potential risk areas or trends

　　Experience working with data analytic tools and processes.

　　At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　At least 5 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or auditing function.

　　Experience with regulatory compliance requirements pertaining to retail pharmacy and/or healthcare provider industries industry

　　Experience working with confidential or highly-sensitive information

　　Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within the organization

　　Proficiency in using business intelligence software for data analysis, such as Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, PROS, etc.

　　Skilled in extracting and mining data, along with expertise in data acquisition, profiling, managing data warehouses, and understanding of statistical concepts like regression, data science, and machine learning.

　　Advanced skills in composing and resolving SQL queries for large-scale database management.
