Provide clinical supervision to staff, students, and interns to facilitate development of clinical competency and ethical practice. Provide backup coverage and consultation in conjunction with other programs at the siteManage daily operations of substance use disorder services, assuring the services are delivered according to the standards of care and practice within the parameters established by the strategic plan and budget process.Supervise staff and coach employee work outcomes to result in the implementation and achievement of goals and action plans.Provide leadership and supervision within the applicable program and for students/interns.Represent Hazelden Betty Ford services to various audiences to ensure consistent knowledge of services, processes and participation.Facilitate, demonstrate, and monitor staff communication of patient information to internal and external resources for patients according the Hazelden Betty Ford policy and procedures and consistent with Federal Confidentiality (CFR 42) and Health Information Portability and Privacy Act (CFR 45) and mandated reporting requirements.Provide back-up coverage substance abuse treatment services to patients in need according to the Hazelden Betty Ford standards of care as needed.The ideal candidate must be commutable to Hudson, WIQualificationsMinimum QualificationsMaster's Degree in addiction, mental health, or related fieldCompleted certificate or degree program in addition counseling or equivalentWI: LMFT, LICSWThree or more years' experience in the addiction field with a minimum of two years with twelve step facilitationThree or more years of leadership experience and/or trainingCurrent CPR certification or obtain within 30 daysCertification must be from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.Preferred QualificationsLMHC, LMFC, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or related field licensureThree or more years providing clinical supervisionMinUSD $86,436.00/Yr.MaxUSD $122,028.00/Yr.OverviewThe Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is the largest nonprofit addiction recovery organization in the United States.
