Provide leadership and supervisory responsibility for the daily operations ofsubstance use disorder services to ensure coordination of staff and clinicalservices and continuity of patient care. Provide clinical supervision tostaff, students, and interns to facilitate development of clinicalcompetency and ethical practice. Provide backup coverage and consultation inconjunction with other programs at the site
Manage daily operations of substance use disorder services, assuring theservices are delivered according to the standards of care and practice withinthe parameters established by the strategic plan and budget process.
Supervise staff and coach employee work outcomes to result in theimplementation and achievement of goals and action plans.
Provide leadership and supervision within the applicable program and forstudents/interns.
Represent Hazelden Betty Ford services to various audiences to ensureconsistent knowledge of services, processes and participation.
Facilitate, demonstrate, and monitor staff communication of patientinformation to internal and external resources for patients according theHazelden Betty Ford policy and procedures and consistent with FederalConfidentiality (CFR 42) and Health Information Portability and PrivacyAct (CFR 45) and mandated reporting requirements.
Provide back-up coverage substance abuse treatment services to patients inneed according to the Hazelden Betty Ford standards of care as needed.The ideal candidate must be commutable to Hudson, WI
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree in addiction, mental health, or related field
Completed certificate or degree program in addition counseling or equivalent
WI: LMFT, LICSW
Three or more years' experience in the addiction field with a minimum of twoyears with twelve step facilitation
Three or more years of leadership experience and/or training
Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days
Certification must be from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.Preferred QualificationsLMHC, LMFC, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or related field licensure
Three or more years providing clinical supervision
