The Director and Deputy Director for Field Operations for the Pennsylvania State Lottery are looking for a Management Technician like you to join the team! Provide technical support and administrative assistance to promote efficient and effective operations with lottery services throughout the Commonwealth.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Management Technician, you will provide comprehensive administrative support maintaining a variety of complex files, preparing multiple types of reports and assessment surveys, generating correspondence, and coordinating scheduling and transportation arrangements and expenses. You will also coordinate sales data analysis with our project team and gather information to optimize sales at retail.
Exercise independent decision making while reviewing licensing packets and determining if packets are acceptable for processing. You will have the opportunity to travel to area offices in order to provide training and review various field office procedures. You will also support our service-oriented culture while answering phones, greeting visitors, processing mail, providing guidance to Lottery personnel, and directing communications within and outside of the Lottery. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Middletown.
Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Three years of advanced clerical or para-professional work which included the collection, recording, compilation, and presentation of office management or program related information;or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
An associate's degree may be substituted for two years of required experience.
Additional Requirements:
You must be able to perform essential job functions.
