Responsibilities You will ensure managers follow the the request and approval process while monitoring and appropriately adjusting any deviations. You will be responsible for a variety of analytical, evaluative, technical, and advisory support services. You will develop processes that assist personnel with identifying funds and materials to accomplish the mission and function while ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines. You will routinely report findings to management to ensure control of budget/funding execution is not exceeded. You will lead/direct junior staff when needed. You will develop reports for budget and financial analysis and presentations, to include actual and budgeted spend plans for the Directorate. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or (NH-02) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing analysis and advisory assignments; planning, organizing the Defense Acquisition Workforce Development Fund (DAWDF) allocations requirements; ensuring data/figures are accurately recorded; and preparing the budget lines and financial concepts, policies, and processes to analyze data for execution, continuity, and audit-readiness.
