As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

9 years of progressive roles managing IT quality assurance and control within software/systems development processes

What Sets You Apart

Computer Engineering preferred

PMP, Agile Certification preferred

Designing and driving implementation of end-to-end testing strategies

Managing ERP testing engagements with various platforms

Collaborating across application track leads and support teams

Managing creation and automation of reusable business-level tests

Driving improved test coverage across application releases

Providing technical direction and support to team members

Utilizing tools and methodologies to improve team effectiveness

The salary range for this position is: $82,500 - $198,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
