　　Maintenance Worker - Glencoe, MN

　　PRIMARY PURPOSE:

　　This position is responsible for the maintenance of the entire facility.

　　ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

　　While the company makes every effort to insure safe working conditions, the employee is responsible for his own safety, and working safely is a condition of employment.

　　Be familiar with and be able to perform all production positions and fill in as needed.

　　Maintain all equipment and the facility, keeping records of maintenance performed and update maintenance logs as needed.

　　Keep essential parts and supplies on hand without having excess inventory of equipment.

　　Strive to get equipment in like new condition for total process reliability (TPR).

　　Alert management to any deficiencies in equipment and what is needed to correct the deficiency.

　　Perform forklift operator’s daily check list prior to day’s first use of forklifts.

　　Follow quality control procedures as outlined in QA Manual and plant quality objectives.

　　The preceding are essential functions of this position and duties are not limited by this listing. Other demands will be placed upon the Maintenance Worker based upon abilities and requirements.

　　REQUIREMENTS:

　　Strong attention to detail.

　　Good organizational skills.

　　Ability to adapt to ongoing changes.

　　Forklift operator certification.

　　Knowledge of plant procedures

　　Ability to work effectively as a team member.

　　Ability to lift 50# bags to a height of 48”.

　　ADM requires the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a background check.​
