Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on various machinery. This includes rebuilding machinery, repairing gearboxes, replacing motors, hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, and servo motors. You will also handle chain and sprocket adjustments, cylinder repairs, and control panel troubleshooting. Additionally, you will troubleshoot robotic systems, specifically Fanuc robots.

Responsibilities

Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery.

Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs, including gearboxes, motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Replace motors, hydraulic/pneumatic hoses, servo motors, chains, and adjust sprockets.

Conduct electrical troubleshooting on 480v, 3-phase motors, sensors, VFDs, drives, and electrical wiring.

Troubleshoot and repair control panels using a multimeter.

Perform robotic troubleshooting, particularly with Fanuc robots.

Additional Skills Qualifications

Controls experience, including PLC troubleshooting (ladder logic, parameter edits, relays, timers, switches).Work Environment

The facility is climate-controlled and prioritizes safety, with extensive use of robotics and Automatic Driverless Tuggers. The plant offers multiple breakrooms with refrigerated and microwave meal options, snacks, and beverages, including water with Gatorade mix pumps. The shifts available are 1st Shift, 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift. Employees have a paid 20-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks per shift.

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $85280.00
