Packaging Corporation of America (PCA), a leading manufacturer of corrugated packaging and POP displays, is seeking aMaintenance Technician Level Afor its corrugated container facility in Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities:This individual will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, install, modify and maintain various machines and their components including electrical/electronic systems, circuits and equipment. The incumbent in this position will identify parts or machines that need replacement or repair, order materials or supplies, fabricate required parts, make repairs and utilize computer reporting systems.
Basic Qualifications:Must have 2+ years experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, on the job success in safety, attendance and quality of work expected. Must have a high school diploma or GED and be 18+ years old. Applicants must receive a sufficient maintenance testing score, which is administered during the application process. Must be knowledgeable and experienced in general safety practices.
Preferred Qualifications:4+ years of mechanical, electrical, and welding maintenance experience with 1+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Experience or education with PLC programming, electric motor drive control, VFDs, and/or journeymen electrician concepts highly desirable.
This is an off shift position with some overtime and weekend work required. The wage for this position is $27.45/hour.
